The Minister of External Affairs, H.E Ezechiel Nibigira met with the Ambassadors accredited in Africa and Asia. A three days of the Ambassadors’ retreat was held in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia from 25 to 27 February 2019. Various themes were raised up in the way of making the Embassies more dynamic and improve their works assigned to them. It was a good opportunity to exchange with H.E the Minister as some of the Ambassadors.It was their first time to meet him. The retreat was very fruitful and benefit for the Ambassadors.
